Sea sponges make great bathing accessories because they inhibit the growth of bacteria unlike other washcloths and artificial sponges. Once a person actually uses one in the bath, they typically will become a lifelong lover of a natural sponge.  These sponges are soft, durable, and can last 4 years or more with normal use.
