Shower puffs should be disposed of and replaced approximately every two months.  It has been found that using shower puffs longer than this can increase your exposure to mold and bacteria that can collect in the sponge over time.

To get the maximum life out of your mesh shower puff, rinse thoroughly with very warm water after each use and hang by string to allow it to dry.
